We are hiring an Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD) for our office in Baddi.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Candidate residing near Baddi office location preferred
- Prior experience in executive assistance/coordination roles preferred
- Mature, responsible, and professionally committed candidate preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing MD’s schedule, meetings, and correspondence
- Coordinating with departments and external stakeholders
- Preparing reports, presentations, and MOMs
- Tracking follow-ups, approvals, and daily operational tasks
Location: Baddi
Full-Time Position
Pay: ₹12,535.80 - ₹40,000.00 per month
