Job Summary
We are looking for two enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team for the US shift. The ideal candidates should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable handling international client calls and professional email correspondence. The role requires building client relationships, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate communication records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international clients, primarily in the US.
- Handle inbound client inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Send professional emails to clients regarding inquiries, follow-ups, and business updates.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to generate business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and client interactions in the CRM or reporting system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely client support.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in international calling or telecalling is preferred.
- Strong email drafting and business communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Gmail/Outlook, and CRM tools.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in the US (night) shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in international voice process, telecalling, customer support, or sales.
- Experience working with US clients is an advantage.
