Lakshaya Silks is looking for a smart, energetic, and smartphone-savvy WhatsApp Chat Support Executive. In this role, you will be the digital face of our showroom, interacting with customers directly through WhatsApp to answer queries, showcase our saree collections, and assist with orders.This is a 100% pure typing and chat role. No cold calling or sales calling is involved.Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and politely via WhatsApp Chat.
- Share product photos, videos, and price details from our latest silk collections.
- Help customers complete their orders and share tracking/dispatch details.
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional tone in all text interactions.
- Use WhatsApp Business features (Quick Replies, Labels) to manage customer chats.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: 12th Pass or any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply!).
- Language: Good typing and reading skills in English
- Tech Skills: Must be highly proficient with smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills with minimal errors.
- Traits: Patient, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
