Job Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, Instagram, and email.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Kashmir tour packages.
* Create customized day-wise travel itineraries.
* Prepare quotations and travel proposals.
* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Coordinate with hotels, houseboats, transport providers, and local vendors.
* Manage hotel and transport bookings.
* Assist customers before, during, and after their trip.
* Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support.
* Update customer records in CRM or Excel.
* Maintain daily sales and inquiry reports.
* Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of trips.
* Stay updated on Kashmir destinations, weather, routes, tourist attractions, and travel regulations.
* Upsell sightseeing activities, premium stays, and travel experiences where appropriate.
