Designation: Nutritionist
Location: Nagpur
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge & Research
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product decks and presentations including updates on new products, ingredients, and features.
- Conduct research on competitor products and market positioning to strengthen product knowledge and communication.
- Ensure accuracy and scientific validity of all product-related information.
2. Nutrition Consultation & Customer Support
- Provide product and diet consultations to customers based on their health conditions and wellness goals.
- Design customized diet plans and dietary guidelines for different product categories and customer needs.
- Resolve customer queries across social media, Bitespeed, and email channels.
- Address customer complaints related to side effects, taste, texture, and product efficacy.
3. Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams, new joiners, and promoters to strengthen product knowledge and customer communication.
- Assist in refresher training programs to ensure teams stay updated with product and nutrition information.
4. Content Creation & Brand Support
- Create scripts, educational content, and health communication materials for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Generate product-related content for platforms covering products such as Pureprash, Oil Pulling, Veg Collagen, and Plant Protein.
- Participate in social media video shoots and assist in recipe development for brand content.
5. Website & SEO Content
- Review and update website content for accuracy and product information.
- Maintain website master sheets for product content and updates.
- Contribute regular blog content aligned with SEO and brand education goals.
6. Brand & Community Engagement
- Participate in offline camps and wellness events to provide product and diet consultations.
- Develop guidelines and educational materials for health camps and customer engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field.
Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in nutrition consultation, wellness brands, nutraceuticals, or health care industry.
- Experience in health content writing, product communication, and customer consultations is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
