What You’ll Be Doing
As an Inside Sales Specialist you will own the sales development execution for prospecting and lead qualification and the end-to-end sales process for defined product groups across key life sciences segments. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, progressing them through the pipeline, and managing opportunities through to close for specific solutions within Instem’s portfolio. You may also have opportunities to own select customer accounts, ensuring long-term value delivery, renewal success, and upsell/cross-sell growth.

- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in SaaS, life sciences, or technology).
- Strong ability to engage and build rapport with prospects through direct outreach.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or other sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of the life sciences industry or SaaS solutions is a strong advantage.
- Adhere to the company’s Quality and Information Security Management systems to ensure that all work is handled securely, professionally, and diligently.
