Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter who will be responsible for handling HR Recruitments, and basic HR Operations and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Post jobs on portals like Indeed, Naukri, Shine, Apna, etc.
- Conduct HR calls and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain basic employee records and HR documentation
- Support in attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR operations
- Coordinate with management for hiring requirements and updates
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates, employees, and management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations
- Knowledge of job portals, and basic HR Operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Excel, Email)
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Organized, responsible, and proactive
- Good follow-up and coordination ability
- Excellent Communication Skills
