Job Summary:
Dream CADD Institute, Padi is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote our training programs and convert inquiries into admissions. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and other marketing activities.
- Follow up with prospective students and explain course details.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing the right guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate with the counseling and administration teams for a smooth admission process.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Freshers preferred.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
