Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, performance marketing, and team management, with the ability to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve lead generation, conversions, ROI, and ROAS.
- Develop and oversee SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and basic technical SEO.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum returns.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
- Coordinate with clients to understand business goals and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing tools.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).
- Experience leading and managing a marketing team.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications.
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics.
