Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Reports To: QA/QA Manager
Quality Control (QC) Job Role :
Check all incoming raw materials before use. Inspect products during production. Check finished product quality before packing and dispatch. Monitor product weight, size, appearance, and taste. Verify packaging quality and label details. Record temperatures of production, cold room, blast freezer, and storage. Collect product samples for testing. Ensure staff follow hygiene and PPE requirements. Monitor cleanliness and sanitation of the production area. Report any quality issues or non-conforming products immediately. Maintain all QC records and inspection reports. Coordinate with production to resolve quality issues. Release products only after QC approval.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
