About the Role
PINE is looking for passionate and academically strong Physics and Chemistry Faculty to join our teaching team. The faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom teaching and mentoring students preparing for NEET, IIT-JEE and Foundation programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct engaging and concept-oriented Physics/Chemistry classes for NEET, JEE and Foundation students.
* Build strong conceptual understanding and develop students’ problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Prepare and deliver lectures, assignments, practice sheets and examination-oriented material.
* Conduct regular tests, doubt-solving sessions and revision classes.
* Analyse student performance and provide individual academic guidance wherever required.
* Ensure timely completion of the prescribed syllabus as per the academic plan.
* Prepare students according to the latest NEET/JEE examination pattern and requirements.
* Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive and competitive learning environment.
* Coordinate with other faculty members to ensure an integrated and structured academic program.
* Participate in parent/student interactions and academic review meetings when required.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of study material, question banks and test papers.
Candidate Profile
* Strong academic background in Physics/Chemistry.
* IIT/NIT/leading university graduates will be preferred.
* Prior teaching experience in NEET/JEE coaching will be an advantage.
* Strong command over subject concepts and competitive-examination problem solving.
* Excellent communication and classroom presentation skills.
* Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them effectively to students.
* Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
* Result-oriented and committed to student success.
Preferred Experience
2–5 years of relevant teaching experience in NEET/JEE coaching or a reputed educational institute.
