Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Steward to manage guest service operations and supervise floor staff to ensure smooth restaurant functioning and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and serve guests professionally
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Handle guest queries and complaints politely
- Supervise junior stewards and floor operations
- Coordinate with kitchen and billing team
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards
- Ensure proper table setup and smooth dining experience
- Train and guide new staff members
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and teamwork on the floor
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurant/hotel service
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
- Well-groomed personality and professional behavior
