We are looking for an office administrator with finance background to work in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk activities, calls, emails, and visitor coordination
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, formulas and macros. This is a must.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and staff rosters
- Handle billing support, invoices, and basic accounts follow-ups
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and staff documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintenance needs
- Support management with reports and administrative tasks
- Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures
Skills & Requirements:
- B.com/M.com or equivalent financial graduate background preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good verbal and written communication
