Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities and help attract top talent for the organization. The candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple departments while ensuring smooth coordination with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with managers.
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary packages and handle offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closures within assigned deadlines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool/database.
- Guide junior recruiters and support recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and MS Office tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring and campus hiring.
- Experience in the EdTech or corporate recruitment industry is preferred.
- Leadership and team-handling abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
