Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing our Social Media presence to attract, engage, and convert our ideal audience into leads for our programs. This role blends content creation, community engagement, and organic lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly social media strategy aligned with our brand and lead goals.
- Create engaging content (reels, carousels, stories, live session plans) that educates, inspires, and converts.
- Design and run lead magnets (challenges, free guides, webinars) with strong CTAs.
- Actively engage with followers, prospects, and relevant communities (commenting, DMs, polls, Q&As).
- Manage DM conversations to qualify prospects and book them for discovery calls.
- Track KPIs: reach, engagement, leads generated, conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the founder for storytelling and personal brand content.
- Stay updated on Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and new growth hacks.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong skills in short-form video content creation (Reels, Stories).
- Understanding of organic lead generation strategies on social media.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Comfortable initiating and managing DM conversations with prospects.
- Data-driven with ability to track and improve performance.

Compensation

Pay: ₹11,394.21 - ₹18,000.00 per month
