Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) –
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and grow our presence on Upwork and other freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, submitting high-quality proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Craft compelling and customized proposals based on client requirements
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and business opportunities
- Communicate effectively with potential clients and follow up regularly
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project scope and delivery capabilities
- Build strong client relationships and ensure professional communication throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in bidding on freelance platforms
- Strong understanding of Upwork and similar marketplaces
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse project requirements and submit winning proposals
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and target-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of IT services, Web Development, Mobile Apps, or AI solutions is a plus
Preferred Candidate:
- Quick learner with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
