Sales Head – EdTech

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead our EdTech sales operations in Kannur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech sales, proven leadership skills, and a successful track record of achieving revenue and admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student admissions.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate Business Development Executives, Academic Counselors, and Team Leaders.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversions, and team performance.
- Ensure effective CRM management and accurate sales reporting.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and business partners.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–6 years in EdTech Sales, with at least 2 years in a Sales Team Leader or Sales Head role.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve aggressive sales and revenue targets.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales performance dashboards.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region when required.
