HR Functions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, employee letters, and contracts.
- Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee queries and ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Support payroll inputs and compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Joining & Exit Formalities, F&F Settlements of Left Employees
Admin Functions
- Oversee day-to-day office administration including housekeeping, facilities, and client management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and coordinate with service partners and straff.
- Support travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and meeting/event coordination.
- Maintain records of administrative expenses and assist in budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
