Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Arabic CDP with strong experience in Continental cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in shawarma preparation along with the ability to manage a section efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Arabic and Continental dishes
- Expertly handle shawarma preparation and station
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Manage mise en place and kitchen section independently
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Support kitchen team during busy hours
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as CDP or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and Continental dishes
- Hands-on experience in shawarma preparation (mandatory)
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant qualification (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
