Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an ambitious and detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist. The role involves managing e-commerce operations, developing strategies to drive online sales, monitoring product listings, analyzing website performance metrics, and optimizing sales channels. The Ecommerce Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, handle customer queries, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce operations and proficiency in working with online platforms
- Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas of optimization
- Excellent Customer Service skills to resolve inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and client interaction
- Experience in Sales and strategies to optimize conversions and drive revenue
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
