Timings Monday: Weekly Off Tuesday: 1PM to 12 midnight (2 hours of overtime payment) Wednesday – Sunday: 3PM to 12 midnight Key Responsibilities Increasing overall sales Customer feedback ratings Applying offers correctly as instructed by franchise owners Collecting customer billing details: name and mobile Billing and item preparation as per guidelines of Havmor (joint responsibility with Store Staff) Ensuring delivery items are packed and delivered on-time (self or managed) Stock-keeping, including water, consumables, etc. on daily basis Sales reporting Responsible for Store Staff activities on his / her weekly off days
