The candidate must be Graduate preferably with degree/diploma in Business Administration in Marketing. He/She must have 5 plus years of experience in Chit industry. Candidate who is having finance industry experience will also be considered. He/She has to oversee the operations of designated branches or divisions to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.Manage and mentor branch staff to enhance their performance.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Analyze financial reports and market trends to make informed business decisions.Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
