- Assist doctors, specialists, and senior nursing staff during clinical examinations, minor procedures, and outpatient department (OPD) rounds.
- Accurately record and monitor patient vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, blood sugar) and maintain detailed patient files.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and dressings as directed by the medical team.
- Provide basic first aid and emergency care before transferring critical cases to higher care centers.
- Maintain accurate records of patient visits, immunizations, births, and treatment logs.
- Monitor stocks of essential medicines, contraceptives, vaccines, and clinical consumables, ensuring timely indentation (requisition) of supplies.
- Ensure the clinical or ward environment is kept sterile, organized, and compliant with biomedical waste management guidelines.
