HR Operations Associate – US Process: "Responsible for supporting US People Operations through effective coordination, process management, and communication with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth and compliant workflow execution on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis."
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication (reading and writing) with the US-based teams and internal departments.
- Understand and interpret instructions, policies, and workflow updates shared by the US team.
- Escalate any discrepancies or issues promptly with proper documentation.
- Quickly grasp and document existing processes, workflows, and systems used in the US operations.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes as per US HR guidelines.
- Maintain employee records accurately in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms.
- Follow compliance standards relevant to US labor laws and company policies.
- Update process documents and workflow charts regularly based on changes suggested by the US team.
- Stay updated on changes in US HR practices, federal and state laws.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills Needed:
- Excellent English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Good understanding of HR, compliance, and operational workflows (preferred US market).
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Strong coordination, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Graduation
- One year experience candidates preferred with the same process.
- Fresher Candidates with good communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
