We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Consultant who will be responsible for converting leads into customers, guiding prospects through our offerings, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Explain company products/services (AI courses / educational programs)
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation strategies
- Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech / AI course sales
- Telecalling or inside sales experience
- Fluent in English + Regional language (Tamil preferred)
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
