Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our real estate firm. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming experience for clients, support daily office operations, and assist agents and staff with administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Interaction
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments, showings, and meetings
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, and data entry
- Maintain office calendars and conference room schedules
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Real Estate Support
- Assist agents with listing paperwork and transaction files
- Update client and property information in CRM systems
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other partners
- Support marketing efforts (flyers, brochures, signage, etc.) as needed
