Position: ITR Filing Associate – CA Articleship Background
Location: Hauz Khas
Compensation: ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
About the Role:
We are hiring a part-time ITR Filing Associate with prior experience in Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, ideally gained during CA Articleship. This is a short-term assignment during the peak ITR season, offering strong exposure in tax compliance, review, and team coordination.
The selected candidate will play a key role in overseeing the quality of ITR filings, supporting the internal CA team, and guiding junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and file ITRs for individuals, professionals, and small businesses.
- Coordinate with clients to collect and verify financial documents.
- Handle technical aspects of tax returns and ensure accuracy as per current tax laws.
- Guide and supervise a small team of junior associates/interns.
- Work closely with our CA team to ensure timely and compliant filings.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have completed CA Articleship with hands-on ITR filing experience or
- Proven ability to independently prepare and review income tax returns.
- Strong understanding of ITR forms and the Income Tax Act.
- Leadership qualities to supervise and support junior staff.
