Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
HR Compliance & Statutory Management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate statutory audits and maintain compliance records.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and documentation.
- Maintain employee records as per legal and organizational requirements.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and advise management on compliance updates.
- Support contract labor compliance and vendor documentation management.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HRMIS records.
- Support payroll inputs and attendance reconciliation.
- Handle employee documentation, confirmations, transfers, and separations.
- Assist in policy implementation and employee engagement activities.
- Generate HR MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain recruitment records, offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files.
- Ensure proper documentation for statutory inspections and audits.
- Prepare HR reports, compliance reports, and management presentations.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
