Job Title: Relationship Manager
Role Overview
The Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met while identifying opportunities to expand business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients/customers
- Act as the main contact for client queries, issues, and service requests
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through cross-selling and upselling
- Monitor client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Resolve complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare reports on account status and business performance
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, credit, etc.)
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts
- Knowledge of CRM tools and basic financial/business concepts
Preferred Experience
- 1–5+ years in client servicing, sales
- Experience in industries like banking, insurance, or corporate services (depending on role)
Pay: ₹15,264.99 - ₹25,708.72 per month
