Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Associate to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid marketing platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, and KPIs to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copies, and landing page recommendations.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for campaign assets.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce advertising.
- Knowledge of SEO, remarketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with Amazon Ads and marketplace advertising is an added advantage.
