Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing requests and concerns.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
- Assist in table arrangements and restaurant opening/closing duties.
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams for smooth operations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
