PSR Compliance is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, explaining company services, and converting prospects into business opportunities through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable compliance services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with potential clients and close sales opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service execution
- Maintain sales records, client databases, and daily follow-up reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Provide excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM handling preferred
- Experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
