Job Summary
Role Summary
The Cyber Resiliency Consultant / Architect will design, assess, implement and optimize enterprise cyber recovery and data protection solutions. The role requires a strong blend of consulting capability, hands-on backup and recovery expertise, disaster recovery knowledge, security integration understanding, and executive communication skills. The consultant will help customers improve recovery readiness against ransomware, cyber incidents, infrastructure outages, and major business disruptions
Key Responsibilities
. Core Responsibilities
Conduct cyber resiliency maturity assessments, backup/recovery reviews, DR readiness assessments, and gap analysis across hybrid environments.
Define cyber recovery, disaster recovery, cleanroom recovery, cyber vault and isolated recovery environment strategies aligned to business priorities.
Design immutable backup, air-gapped recovery, ransomware recovery, clean recovery point validation, and secure restore architectures.
Develop recovery runbooks, recovery sequence, operating procedures, validation checklists, recovery test plans and improvement recommendations.
Support solutioning, RFP/RFI responses, customer workshops, discovery sessions, executive presentations, architecture designs, and business cases.
Coordinate with customer security, infrastructure, backup, storage, cloud, application and operations teams to validate recovery dependencies and readiness.
Drive automation and recovery orchestration for repeatable pre-failover, failover, post-recovery validation, reporting and operational readiness activities.
Mentor junior engineers and support recruitment/enablement through interview panels, onboarding inputs and knowledge transfer.
Skill Requirements
. Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on knowledge of enterprise backup and cyber recovery platforms: Dell Technologies, Cohesity, Rubrik and Commvault.
Experience with cyber vault, cleanroom, isolated recovery, immutable backup, air gap, ransomware scanning, anomaly detection and recovery validation concepts.
Strong knowledge of DR fundamentals including RTO, RPO, failover, failback, recovery sequence, application dependency mapping, and DR test execution.
Understanding of data center infrastructure, virtualization, storage, databases, network, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, identity, PAM/IAM and monitoring tools.
Ability to integrate recovery platforms with SIEM, SOAR, SOC, ITSM, monitoring and reporting systems where required.
Experience in cloud and hybrid resilience across Azure, AWS, GCP or equivalent enterprise cloud platforms is preferred.
Scripting or workflow automation exposure using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, shell scripting, APIs or equivalent automation methods.

7. GenAI & Agentic AI for Cyber Resiliency (Knowledge & Skills)
Apply GenAI for cyber resiliency: AI-driven anomaly / ransomware detection, clean-copy validation, log/alert triage and recovery-readiness insights.
Design Agentic AI use cases: autonomous recovery orchestration, self-healing DR runbooks, agent-driven failover validation and post-recovery health checks.
Use GenAI copilots/assistants for assessment reports, runbook generation, RCA summaries, RFP/RFI responses, and executive recovery dashboards.
Awareness of secure/responsible AI, RAG on recovery data, LLM guardrails and integration with Dell, Cohesity, Rubrik and Commvault AI capabilities.
