South Indian Chef
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes including breakfast items, curries, local Udupi cuisine, and snacks
- Maintain taste, quality, and presentation standards
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Manage kitchen stock and coordinate with procurement
- Work efficiently during peak service hours
- Follow food safety and hotel kitchen standards
Requirements:
- Experience in South Indian cuisine preferred
- Knowledge of dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, and traditional recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
