UAV / Electronics Engineer (Drones & Autonomous Systems)
Polyview Private Limited is looking for a passionate UAV / Electronics Engineer to join our team and work on cutting-edge drone and autonomous systems. If you're enthusiastic about drones, RC aircraft, robotics, embedded electronics, and building innovative technology, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career engineers who enjoy hands-on development, experimentation, and solving real-world engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, assemble, and integrate UAV, UGV, and RC aircraft systems.
- Configure and calibrate flight controllers such as Pixhawk, CubePilot, Matek, SpeedyBee, and similar platforms.
- Build and troubleshoot drone electronics, wiring harnesses, power distribution systems, and communication modules.
- Integrate components including ESCs, motors, GPS, telemetry radios, FPV systems, cameras, and sensors.
- Configure and test autopilot firmware such as ArduPilot and PX4.
- Perform flight testing, tuning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Assist in the development and prototyping of autonomous aerial and ground vehicles.
- Read electrical schematics and assist in PCB integration where required.
- Document testing procedures, configurations, and technical findings.
- Collaborate with the mechanical, software, and CAD teams during product development.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in drones, UAVs, UGVs, or RC aircraft.
- Good understanding of drone electronics and electrical systems.
- Experience assembling or repairing multirotors, fixed-wing aircraft, or RC vehicles.
- Familiarity with Pixhawk or similar flight controllers.
- Knowledge of ArduPilot, PX4, Mission Planner, or QGroundControl.
- Understanding of ESCs, BLDC motors, LiPo batteries, GPS, telemetry, and radio systems.
- Basic soldering, wiring, and electronics troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose hardware and integration issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant drone or robotics project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in UAVs, robotics, RC aircraft, or embedded electronics are welcome.

Pay: ₹8,589.87 - ₹38,273.12 per month
