ob Description – Office Admin cum Accountant cum PRO
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.
- Maintain accounts in Tally, prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
- bank reconciliation, GST/TDS documentation, and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and government departments for approvals and official work.
- Maintain office files, project records, contracts, and correspondence.
- Prepare quotations, reports as required.
- Manage office inventory, employee attendance, and general office operations.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory and administrative requirements.
Qualification:
- B.Com/BBA +MBA or equivalent.
- 6–10 years of experience in Administration & Accounts.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
