- Strategic Sourcing: Develop workforce plans to align with business objectives. Build talent pools through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Vendor Management: Manage and negotiate terms with recruitment agencies, labour contractors, and external hiring partners. Monitor vendor performance, including cost, speed, and hiring quality.
- Recruitment Oversight: Guide the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing). Assist in bulk hiring or mass recruitment drives.
- Metrics & Compliance: Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness. Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labour laws and company policies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs. Coordinate the onboarding of new employees and contingent workers.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
