Required Qualifications:-
1) Educational Qualification: ITI (Turner/Machinist/Fitter).
2) Experience: 1–5 years in CNC machine operation OR Fresher’s with ITI
Job Description/Skill:-
1) Knowledge of CNC machine operations.
2) Ability to read engineering drawings and process data sheets and control plan.
3) Understanding of machining processes and tools.
4) Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi etc.).
5) Familiarity with measuring instruments such as:
Vernier Caliper
Micrometer
Height Gauge
Dial Gauges
6) Basic understanding of dimensions & tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:-
1) Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
2) Read and understand engineering drawings, process data sheets, and work instructions.
3) Perform machine setup as instructed by the supervisor or setter.
4) Check Roller dimensions using measuring instruments wrt control plan.
5) Monitor machining parameters such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and tool condition.
6) Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspection as per control plan.
7) Replace worn cutting tools and inform the supervisor/tool room when tool life is over.
8) Maintain production records, inspection reports, and machine logbooks.
9) Ensure proper identification and segregation of accepted, rejected, and rework parts.
10) Follow production targets while maintaining quality standards.
11) Report machine abnormalities, tool breakage, and quality issues immediately.
12) Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
13) Follow all safety rules and wear prescribed PPE.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
