We're Hiring | Field Sales Manager (Rooftop Solar)
Location: Dakshin Dinajpur / Malda

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the field sales team.
- Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote rooftop solar solutions under the PM Surya Ghar Scheme.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Build referral networks with electricians, builders, and local partners.
- Ensure timely lead updates through Zoho CRM.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of field sales experience (Solar, Electrical, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, Building Materials, or similar industries preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively.
