Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve regional and national sales objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and potential dealership locations.
- Drive expansion of the dealership and distributor network across assigned territories.
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly business development plans aligned with organisational goals.
- Build strategic partnerships to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
Dealer Development & Channel Management
- Identify, evaluate, appoint, and onboard new dealers and channel partners.
- Build long-term relationships with dealers to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Monitor dealer performance, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
- Guide dealers on showroom setup, branding, inventory planning, and sales processes.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to review business performance and provide strategic support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and dealership agreements.
Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Drive retail and wholesale business through effective dealer engagement.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective action plans where required.
- Develop sales forecasts and business projections.
- Maximize market share within the assigned territory.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Business Development Executives and Sales Executives.
- Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused work culture.
Strategic Planning
- Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Recommend business strategies based on market intelligence.
- Identify opportunities for new product introductions and business expansion.
- Participate in pricing strategy discussions and promotional planning.
Customer & Dealer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, fleet customers, and institutional clients.
- Resolve escalated dealer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of dealer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business review meetings with channel partners.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Coordinate with the marketing team for regional campaigns and promotional activities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, and industry events.
- Support brand-building initiatives to enhance market presence.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
