About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tendering Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process for State and Central Government Road, Bridge, and Infrastructure Projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling tender submissions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities from State and Central Government departments.
- Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bids within stipulated timelines.
- Study tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions.
- Prepare compliance statements, declarations, and other bid-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain technical, commercial, and statutory documents.
- Upload and submit bids through various Government e-tendering portals.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, Bank Guarantees, bid status, and important deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and Government departments for tender-related clarifications.
- Maintain a database of tender opportunities and submission history.
- Prepare MIS reports and support management with tender-related analysis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering for State and Central Government Road, Bridge, or Infrastructure Projects, including proficiency in Government e-tendering procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PDF documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders under strict deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tenders from NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL, PWD, RCD, CPWD, Railways, and other Government agencies.
- Proficiency in GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and State e-Procurement portals.
- Hands-on experience with Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), EMDs, Bank Guarantees, e-tender submissions, and bid compliance.
- Sound knowledge of EPC, Item Rate, Percentage Rate, and other Government contract formats, including tender conditions and bid compliance requirements.
