Minimum 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience ● Personally managed at least one social media handle with 100,000+ followers/subscribers on: Instagram or YouTube or Facebook ● Direct execution experience with: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Posts & Stories ● Experience handling high-volume comments and DMs ● Ability to submit verifiable proof (links + analytics) Key Responsibilities Content Planning & Execution ● Own the end-to-end execution of the monthly and weekly social media content calendar ● Translate brand goals, campaigns, and trends into actionable content ideas ● Ensure on-time publishing of reels, shorts, posts, and stories across platforms ● Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual quality Growth & Performance ● Actively drive follower growth, reach, and engagement through content optimization ● Identify and apply trending formats, hooks, audio, and hashtags ● Experiment with content formats to improve performance Content Writing & Copy ● Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and hashtags ● Adapt copy for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) ● Ensure clarity, creativity, and alignment with brand messaging Community Management ● Monitor and manage high-volume comments and DMs ● Respond to audience queries, feedback, and messages within 24 working hours ● Build positive audience relationships and encourage conversations ● Flag important feedback, leads, or issues to internal teams Cross-Team Coordination ● Work closely with designers, video editors, and marketing teams ● Share clear briefs and feedback to ensure content quality and timelines ● Coordinate launches, campaigns, and content rollouts Analytics & Reporting ● Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance using platform insights ● Analyze growth, reach, engagement, and video metrics ● Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports ● Use insights to improve future content and growth strategies. Required Skills ● Strong content sense and storytelling ability ● Excellent caption writing and communication skills ● Understanding of social media trends and short-form formats ● Hands-on experience with Canva and basic video tools
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
