With over a decade of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, and cybersecurity advisory, we help organizations across industries identify and eliminate security risks before they become threats.
We also run Redfox Cybersecurity Academy, our dedicated training and certification arm focused on building the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. A significant portion of our marketing activity is driven by Academy course enrollments, and this role will play a direct part in that.
We are growing fast, and so is our marketing function. We are looking for a sharp, driven digital marketer to help us build our brand, grow our pipeline, and communicate what we do to the right audiences across the right platforms.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a digital marketing role with performance marketing at its core. You will own paid campaigns across Google and Meta, but your responsibilities extend well beyond ad management. You will handle social media, SEO, email and WhatsApp marketing, and contribute to the broader content and brand strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- Conduct in-depth ad analysis across both platforms covering creative performance, audience segmentation, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Run structured A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement
- Manage budgets efficiently and deliver measurable results against defined KPIs
- Build and present regular performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Twitter (X) and other relevant platforms
- Plan, create, and publish content consistently in alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives
- Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, and engagement patterns and adapt strategy accordingly
- Build community engagement through thoughtful and timely responses
SEO
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
- Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO audits on an ongoing basis
- Track and report on organic rankings and traffic using industry-standard SEO tools
Email and WhatsApp Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including list management, segmentation, copywriting, and performance tracking
- Run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and manage audience lists with a focus on engagement and conversion
Strategy and Reporting
- Develop integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and translate insights into clear strategic decisions
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing
- Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results
- Strong ad analysis skills across Google and Meta platforms, including creative testing and budget optimization
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Experience with email marketing platforms and WhatsApp marketing tools
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini and the ability to apply them practically in day-to-day marketing and performance marketing workflows
- Up to date with the latest trends, platform changes, and best practices across all major digital marketing channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief, review, and improve content
- High ownership mindset. You take responsibility for outcomes, conduct regular analysis of ad performance and ROI, flag issues proactively, and follow through without needing to be chased
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
