Role
Field business development / sales role for our Indore branch — secure property valuation assignments from banks, NBFCs and clients, and build lasting relationships with banker desks and channel partners across Indore.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit bank branches, housing-loan / LAP desks, NBFC offices and channel partners (DSAs, builders) across Indore.
- Build and maintain relationships with bank Relationship Managers and decision-makers.
- Generate leads and convert them into secured valuation assignments to meet the monthly branch target.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and daily activity in the branch MIS.
- Follow up on payments and collections for your own accounts.
- Track competitor activity and new empanelment opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate (any discipline).
- 1–4 years of field sales / business development experience, preferably in banking, financial services, real estate or valuation.
- Strong local knowledge of the Indore market; own two-wheeler.
- Good communication in Hindi and English; comfortable with MS Office / mobile MIS.
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and professional in client dealings.
Compensation
Fixed salary plus an attractive performance-linked incentive. Commensurate with experience; discussed at offer stage.
