1. Handle Clients’ calls – Service related + Installation Calls + Software Update
2. Report every ticket in Help Desk Portal
3. Coordinate with internal team such as Mumbai / Jaipur Team / Developer Team/ Hardware Team/ AMC Team/ Purchase Team
4. Provide service report to AMC Team
5. Provide License to the customer as per the report shared by AMC team
6. Coordination with IT Developer Team for any software bug or issue related to software
7. Coordination with Production/Hardware Team for any Hardware related Issue
Basic Knowledge of MySQL

Proper Communication Skill

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
