Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance with labor laws, and creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Oversee performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports.
- Support management in organizational planning and workforce development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in an HR Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
