We are looking to on board a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate who is keen to build a long-term career in the field of real estate and banking & finance law.- Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently based in Kolkata will be preferred. Mandatory proficiency in Bengali. Advocates with C.S. qualification is preferred. Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.- Key Responsibilities: i. Conducting Legal Due Diligence and handling Legal Audits.ii. Legal Vetting of property and transaction-related documents.iii. Drafting, reviewing, and finalising Transaction Documents.iv. Drafting of Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds and Mortgage Deeds.v. Preparation and vetting of Consortium / Banking Documents.vi. Conducting registry-related queries and handling registry office work.vii. Conducting Court Searching and registry office searching.viii. Handling Real Estate Documentation works.ix. Assisting seniors in day-to-day work.- Eligibility Criteriai. LL.B. degree (mandatory) + C.S (preferred)ii. 2–3 years of relevant experience/ freshers with strong interest in the field may also applyiii. Basic understanding of banking and finance work along with real estate documentation iv. Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
