As an Inside Sales Manager at Trend Works, you will be the primary contact for potential and existing clients, focusing on engaging and retaining them through exceptional service and personalized product solutions. Your role involves understanding client needs, effectively communicating the benefits of our coworking space, and driving membership growth through consultative selling and targeted market research. Customer Engagement: Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential and current clients through phone calls and emails. Provide personalized assistance, offering tailored solutions and product recommendations based on client’s needs and preferences. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our coworking space offerings, including workspace options, amenities (both facility and business support), and pricing. Stay informed about industry trends, coworking best practices, and emerging workspace technologies. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the unique proposition of our coworking space and converting leads into client memberships. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or upgrade clients to higher tiers. Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments with potential members to understand their workspace requirements and preferences. Offer advice and guidance on suitable workspace options and the amenities. Ability to generate leads by reaching out to start-ups, businesses and corporates Client Handover: Process client agreements and coordinate the onboarding process for new members. Liaise with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth setup and onboarding of client’s accounts and access to workspace amenities. CRM: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress, manage tasks, and schedule follow-up activities effectively. Regularly review and analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our client engagement strategies. Keep track of client contacts and notify the sales team. Preferred Skill Set and other Requirements: Proven experience of min 6 years in sales, preferably in the telecommunication, banking, insurance or service industry Excellent communication skills Ability to articulate the benefits of our coworking space and differentiate it from competitors. Proficient in Tamil and English
