About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in recruiting creative and specialized talent. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of 2D/3D artists, graphic designers, video editors, sculptors, fine arts, animation, and other creative profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, referrals, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and evaluate portfolios, skills, software knowledge, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews, skill tests, feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and talent pipelines.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth offer-to-joining conversion.
- Support campus and institute hiring for creative and entry-level positions.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Experience in creative or specialized hiring will be preferred.
- Good understanding of creative profiles and portfolios.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
