Solar Team Leader
Position: Solar Team Leader Department: Solar / Renewable Energy Location: Chatrapati square Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the solar installation and service team.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed on time.
- Monitor installation quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project managers.
- Inspect solar panels, inverters, wiring, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide team members.
- Maintain work reports, attendance, and project updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and electrical safety regulations.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical work.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to read solar layouts and technical drawings.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in solar installation or maintenance.
- Prior experience in handling a team is preferred.
Salary: 15000-30000/- per month
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
